Custom pieces are popular with private collectors, new home owners and anyone who wants a show‑stopping Christmas display
- Work one‑on‑one with Jenny and the team to create a custom design that suits your space.
- Most custom work starts with an in‑store consultation by appointment, arranged via email.
- Custom orders usually need to be finalised by mid‑November, with a 50% deposit to begin and full payment on completion before collection or delivery.
For a truly personal service, you can also book an Exceptional Shopping Experience, a one‑on‑one session to curate a particular design for your Christmas tree. This service is available by appointment and is charged by the hour, with bookings arranged via email subject to availability.
Delivery, returns & peace of mind
Online orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, with Australia Post collections from Tiaro each weekday and a daily cut‑off around 12 noon.
We pack carefully and check items before they leave the cottage, and if something arrives damaged we will work with you to replace it where possible or arrange a store credit or refund.
